Sennheiser IMPACT DW Pro 2 ML Wireless Headset
This version of the Sennheiser DW Pro 2 is suitable for all softphones and also certified for use with Skype for Business, Lync and compatible with Teams. Call control from the headset is soft phone dependent, if this is a feature you require contact us or your softphone provider to check compatibility.

If you’re looking to answer calls away from your desk you’ll need an HSL10 handset lifter or an Electronic Hook Switch depending on the phone you have (call our staff for assistance). The HSL10 fits on your telephone base and lifts the hand piece up or down when you push a button on your headset, letting you answer and hang up on calls from anywhere in the office. A handset lifter for this headset is available separately, or as a great value pack.
The Sennheiser DW Pro 2 wireless headset is identical to the DW Pro 1, except it is binaural (2 ear cups), making it ideal for heavy phone use. Like the DW Pro 1, this really is a headset without compare. As far as binaural models at this level the latest SAVI 720 is very good also. If both these are beyond your budget then look at the Jabra Pro 9450 or 9450 Duo. Plantronics/Poly Savi 8220 UC
Designed for use with computer only, the Poly Savi 8220-M UC is a duo (2 earcups) DECT wireless headset which comes with a charge stand and a standard USB dongle to establish a cable free connection. The earcups have ACTIVE Noise Cancelling. It's great for use with softphones, for webinars and online meetings as well as dictation and listening to audio files.
This is NOT a Bluetooth headset. It uses DECT 6.0 which gives you the best sound quality and range. You cannot connect this model to a mobile and it must always be used in conjunction with the USB dongle.
This variant is not 'optimised' or 'certified' for use with Skype for Business or MS Teams (though it will work with both). Look for the -M version of this headset if you plan to use with those applications.

Sennheiser CC 530 Corded Headset
The Sennheiser CC 530 ultra noise cancelling corded headset is designed to be used with your desk phone, smart phone, or computer (each requires the correct connector cable). The CC 530 comes with 2 wearing styles - padded over the head and over the ear. It has a rotatable microphone for left or right hand side wear. The ear cushion is a standard size (42mm).
All corded headsets come with a brand specific QD (quick disconnect) connection and require a same brand adapter cable to make them compatible with your phone. These range in price from $26 upwards. Many of these cables look the same but are different inside, so if you’re not 100% sure which you need, give us a call and our staff will gladly check for you.
