THE ROLE

To generate revenue by utilising products and services to help customers communicate with their customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Achieve revenue, sales, and customer satisfaction targets
– Developing and closing sales opportunities in line with the account strategic direction
– Bring on new corporate and SME clients nationally and manage the sales cycle from end-to-end
– Meeting KPI’s and working towards/exceeding sales budgets
– Utilising a solution sales approach, focused around our strategic product set (e.g. IP Telephone Systems, Unified Communications, Video Conferencing)
– Engaging in commercial, business level, and moderately technical ICT discussions to support and educate customers on technologies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– Superior skills and demonstrated business success in B2B sales
– Experience with innovative strategic solutions and services selling
– Excellent communication & collaboration skills
– Result oriented, strong determination to succeed with a “can-do” attitude
– Capability to understand and balance commercial, financial and technological implications of a situation in making business decisions

DESIRABLE

– Tertiary Qualifications in business or ICT

THE ROLE

To act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Sell telephone system solutions to business customers
– Sell peripheral items to complement the phone or data system
– Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
– Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
– Presenting our company to potential clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– Relevant Tertiary Qualifications

– Minimum 12 months in a sales environment, ideally in a SaaS/technology-based business

– Experience in a phone-based outbound customer (B2B) contact position)

– Experience in a proactive role where you were required to prioritise your own workday

To oversee businesses’ telecommunication networks, which include telephone systems, Internet, cable, and other office equipment. You will be responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.

THE ROLE

To provide customers with telecommunication and maintenance services to help customers communicate with their customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Install & maintain systems
– Install and repair IPPBX & SIP Trunk Solutions
– Test systems
– Attend to service calls, both in the workshop and on-site at customer premises

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Data/Comms experience
  • IP Networking
  • White Card
  • Australian Cabler Registration Licence
  • You must be a motivated self-starter
  • Have excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Able to work in a team environment or alone

DESIRABLE

– Avaya or Panasonic experience

– High-Risk Work License
