To maintain & create a highly targeted niche customer service strategy using a smart telephony solution.
Proposal
Based on the company size and their trading features, we suggested Harrolds add value to their existing business in line with their high-end position. Providing free Wi-Fi to enhance the retail experience for their customers was once such value add proposition.
Outcome
Auswide designed a solution for a new IP PBX phone system incorporating switches and routers. The system Avaya IP Office 500 was managed in the cloud so the users can manage and share their work online. It reduced maintenance costs by allowing them to upgrade their software online without any labour cost in the future.
Harrolds can now interact with their customers through social media & tailored smart analytics by interacting with customers mobiles & tablets allowing them to enhance their relationship at any time, at any place.
